Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information North Slope Digital collects, why, and what we do with it. It is written to be read rather than to be impressive.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, business name, website address, and anything else you send us in the course of the work.
- Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe provides us with your name, email, billing address and the last four digits of your card.
- Credentials: if you buy an implementation service, you may give us website login access. See below.
- Publicly available information about your business, which we gather from your website and public directories as part of the research we are hired to do.
What we do with it
We use it to do the work you paid for, to send you the deliverables, to answer your questions, and to keep records required for tax and accounting. That is all. We do not build advertising profiles.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers we need to operate — currently Stripe for payments and Zoho for email — and where the law requires it.
Website credentials
Where you grant website access, we ask you to create a separate account for us rather than share your own password, and to remove that account when the work is finished. We store credentials only for as long as the work requires and delete them afterwards.
How long we keep things
Work files and correspondence are kept for as long as we have an active relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards for records purposes. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we are legally obliged to retain it.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies, does not run analytics, and does not carry any advertising or tracking scripts.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, which we will honour.
Children
Our services are sold to businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
