Refund Policy

We would rather refund you than have you feel you wasted money. The policy is deliberately simple.
One-time services
Full refund on request within 14 days of delivery. No questions asked and no explanation required. This applies to the AI Visibility Report & Fix Pack and to Done-For-You AI Search Setup.
Email brian@northslopedigital.com with the word "refund" and we will process it. Refunds return to your original payment method and typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
You may keep the deliverables. We are not going to ask you to delete files, and we would not be able to verify it if we did.
Before delivery
If you change your mind before we have delivered anything, tell us and you get a full refund immediately.
Monthly subscriptions
AI Visibility Watch can be cancelled at any time, and you will not be charged again after you cancel. There is no contract term and no cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 14 days of a monthly charge and we have not yet delivered that month's work, we refund that charge in full. If the work for that month has already been delivered, that month is not refunded — but you will not be billed again.
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback. A refund is faster for you than a dispute, and we have never refused one.
Why the policy is this generous
Because it should not be necessary. If the work is good you will not want a refund, and if it is not, you should have your money back without an argument.
