Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of services from North Slope Digital ("we", "us"), a sole proprietorship operating in the United States. By purchasing a service you agree to them.

What we provide

We provide research, written deliverables and implementation work intended to improve how a business appears to AI assistants and search systems. Specific deliverables for each service are listed on our home page and are the definition of what you are buying.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee any ranking, citation, placement, or mention by any AI assistant, search engine or third-party platform. These systems are controlled by third parties, change without notice, and are not within our control. We sell defined deliverables, not outcomes. Any statement we make about likely effects is an opinion based on published research, not a guarantee.

Your responsibilities

• Providing accurate information about your business.
• Providing website access where a service requires implementation, and having the authority to grant it.
• Reviewing deliverables and telling us promptly if something is wrong.
• Ensuring any content or credentials you give us are yours to give.

Delivery

Turnaround times stated on our home page are measured from receipt of payment and of any information or access we need from you. If we are waiting on you, the clock pauses.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the deliverables we produce specifically for your business — the written pages, the structured data, the audit document — and may use them however you wish. We retain ownership of our underlying methods, templates and general know-how.

Subscriptions

AI Visibility Watch renews monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and will not be charged again after cancellation. There is no contract term and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; we do not pro-rate partial months, but see our refund policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.

Termination

Either party may end the relationship at any time. If we end it, we will refund any amount you have paid for work not yet delivered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which North Slope Digital operates.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on the date of your purchase.
